You must not

• Upload, store or transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory content.
• Enter data about a beneficiary without an appropriate lawful basis and, where applicable, their consent.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, RLS, MFA, audit logging or rate limits.
• Probe, scan or load-test the platform without prior written permission.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Re-identify or attempt to re-identify pseudonymised commissioner reports.

Safeguarding

If you encounter content that suggests risk of harm to a child or vulnerable adult, follow your tenant's safeguarding policy and escalate via the in-product safeguarding flag.

Reporting abuse

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of this policy and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
