Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms form a contract between you and Social Justice Innovation Hub CIC (Social Justice Innovation Hub CIC (UK Community Interest Company — incorporation pending)). By creating an account or using Equitas, you agree to them.
2. Accounts
- You must be 16 or over and authorised by your tenant to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any MFA devices secure.
- Accounts are personal — do not share them.
3. Tenant administration
Each delivery partner operates as a logical "tenant". Tenant admins are responsible for who they grant access to, the lawfulness of beneficiary data they enter, and applicable safeguarding policies.
4. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Intellectual property
Equitas, its design and code are owned by Social Justice Innovation Hub CIC (UK Community Interest Company — incorporation pending). Beneficiary data belongs to the relevant tenant, who acts as data controller for that record under our Data Processing terms.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate on notice. On termination, you may export your data via the in-product tools for 30 days, after which deletion proceeds per our retention schedule.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
